x-inactivation and turner syndrome
x-inactivation turns off one x in every cell. In turner syndrome one X is missing. What is the difference? Why is a missing X so devastating while an inactivated X is normal.
In turn is seem that the X dosage is normal ( only one is all you need) . So I don't get it.
